John Diddams - Director & Company Secretary
John has over 30 years financial & business experience, having acted in a variety of roles including Director, CEO, CFO and Company Secretary, of both private and public listed companies, in Australia and UK.
In addition to line management responsibilities, John has either managed, or participated at senior level, in numerous ASX listings, private and public capital raisings, debt arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.

John holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons, Accounting), is a Fellow of the Australian Society of CPAs and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has completed the AICD Company Directors residential course and has extensive practical experience in the application of the Australian Corporations Law, ASX Listing Rules, Australian and International Accounting Standards and Corporate Governance Guidelines.
In his role as Finance Director, John is responsible for all finance and administration aspects of the company and business and will manage the due diligence process for all potential acquisitions and ultimately, the IPO and listing of the company on the ASX.
Noel Carroll - Director
Over 16 years experience in quality control, production and general management with companies such as RM Gow (Food Division), Sara Lee, Defiance Foods and McCain Foods before acquiring Michel's Patisserie in 1999, quickly turning it into one of the most successful retail food group businesses seen in Australia.
Growing to around 400 retail outlets across Australia, as well as New Zealand and China, with an annual turnover of close to $300 million, Michel's Patisserie was sold in 2007 to the public food company – Retail Food – joining their family of high profile brands including Donut King, Brumbies and BB's Cafe. At the time of sale, Michel's Patisserie had won many awards including Franchise Systems of the Year for three years in a row.
Noel served on the NSW Board of Franchise Council of Australia before his appointment to the National Board of Franchise Council of Australia in 2004.
Kylea Tink - Director
17 years experience in business management, strategic planning, communications and marketing.
Since August 2008, Kylea has been Managing Director of the McGrath Foundation; Kylea is responsible for both the day-to-day management of the business, as well as advising the Board on long term, strategic direction.
Managing Director at Edelman for three years, the world's largest independent public relations consultancy business. Kylea managed the company through an organisational change introducing new staff and business management procedures across the board.

Neil Mitchell-Clark, FCA, MAICD - Chief Financial Officer
Neil has 20 years experience working in senior executive and CFO roles providing fiscal and strategic leadership to both listed and larger private companies. He has worked across a broad spectrum of sectors with B2B service based businesses, including commercial real estate, print, warehousing and logistics, equipment financing, recruitment and media.
Prior to this he spent 15 years working with Arthur Andersen and Coopers & Lybrand in the UK, The Netherlands and Australia, where he led the provision of audit and management consulting services for some of the firm's flagship clients.
Neil is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) and a member of the AICD.

William Gill
William Gill’s career spans 35 years in Ireland, United Kingdom, Australia, the Pacific Islands and USA. In addition he has worked on marketing projects in Canada, France, and Germany.
He has been involved in a diversity of industries from packaging, ink, paint, signs, labels, electronic, safety products, food, direct marketing, venture capital, renewable energy and sustainability. He has worked for and consulted to companies such as, GEC, OPSM, AMATIL, Courtaulds, and Hoechst Chemical.
His experience runs from manufacturing through to sales, marketing, general management, CEO and board level.
He has extensive knowledge of managing distribution channels from salaried and commissioned sales people through traditional distribution to direct and internet marketing.
William has been involved at all stages of business from start-up operations through the various entrepreneurial phases to management, growth and ultimately divestiture.
He holds a Bachelor of Science with a major in Mechanical Engineering.

Murray Hogarth - Advisor, The Sustainability Card™ & Green for Retail
Murray Hogarth of the 3rd degree www.the3rddegree.com.au is a business environmentalist. He advises corporate, government and community clients on climate and sustainability strategy and communications through the 3rd degree. A former Environment Editor of The Sydney Morning Herald in the late 1990s, Murray worked under contract as an associate of Australia’s oldest specialist sustainability firm Ecos Corporation from 1999-2008, including serving as joint managing partner in 2007-8. Through Ecos, he consulted to major national and international companies across numerous industry sectors in Australia, the US and Asia, including DuPont, Ford Motor Company, Diageo, Insurance Australia Group, TRUenergy, JPMorgan Australia and Rheem.
Murray is a regular speaker, writer and media commentator on climate and sustainability issues and is the author of The 3rd Degree: Frontline in Australia’s Climate War, published by Pluto Australia in 2007.
Other recent publications include ‘The End of Greenwash’, ‘The Green CRED Checklist’ and ‘Crunch Time for Carbon Offsets’, all published with the Green Capital program in 2008. His climate and sustainability roles also include: Senior Adviser to the Total Environment Centre’s groundbreaking Green Capital program Sustainability and Community Director for Wattwatchers, a new technology company focused on driving consumer behaviour towards energy efficiency, and Board Member of community mass action group Climate Coolers and adviser to its '1 Million Women’ campaign Board Member of the Environmental Defenders’ Office of NSW since 1999.
In the 1980s and ‘90s, Murray had an award-winning career as an investigative journalist, reporting for flagship ABC-TV current affairs programs Four Corners and The 7.30 Report, and with top newspapers such as The National Times and The Australian.
Tara Allsop - Managing Director, Green for Retail
Tara Allsop is the Managing Director of G4R and was previously General Manager at WheatonBeer Consulting, a climate change and sustainability consulting business. With a solid understanding of climate change and related issues, Tara also brings a strong background in strategy, complemented by expertise in global retailing, retail operations, strategic planning, process improvement, market analysis, and communications. Prior to assisting in the formation of WheatonBeer, Tara was a management consultant within PricewaterhouseCoopers Performance Improvement team, working in Growth Strategy consulting.
At PwC, Tara worked exclusively in the Retail and Consumer sector, assisting senior retail executives with strategic concerns, including climate change and sustainability. Her clients included large and medium retailers, small retailing franchisees, FMCG manufacturers, wholesalers, and property groups. Tara has held senior management roles within retailing organisations, including the former Coles Myer Ltd conglomerate. Tara currently lectures at Monash University in Retail Management.
Justin Doak - Advisor, Green for Retail
Justin Doak, LEED AP, is the founder and CEO of Ecoxera, www.ecoxera.com a green business strategy firm for the retail industry. In this capacity, Justin helps retailers develop effective, multi-site green strategies that yield lasting bottom-line results while exceeding business, consumer, shareholder and policy-maker environmental values and expectations. By incorporating green practices portfolio-wide, retailers can verify corporate social responsibility, improve facility performance, reap operational savings and, most importantly, connect with strengthening consumers on a new level of meaning by sharing in the experience of restoring the quality of our environment.
Prior to Ecoxera, Justin was the LEED Retail Manager at the U.S. Green Building Council where he oversaw the pilot and technical development of two rating systems - LEED for Retail: New Construction 2009 and LEED for Retail: Commercial Interiors 2009. In this capacity, he collaborated with over eighty retail pilot projects to gather market feedback on the applicability of draft modifications to LEED credits to suite green retail projects. As part of USGBC’s Market Development team, Justin also worked with retailers who are partnered in the USGBC Portfolio Program, a pilot program that streamlines certification by integrating LEED into standard construction & operating guidelines. Prior to USGBC, Justin worked in public relations and brand development.
Lisa Russell - Advisor, Green for Retail
Lisa Russell, LEED AP, is a practicing design professional of 14 years and brings knowledge and experience in all areas of sustainability—interiors and product design, materials specification, manufacturing processes, transportation and end-of-life management issues.
Currently Lisa is the President of Product & Material Innovations at Ecoxera www.ecoxera.com a green business strategy firm for the retail industry. In this role Lisa helps retail clients analyze, document and communicate the sustainable attributes of their product's current materials and processes, as well as research and recommend further sustainable options in custom product design, engineering and manufacturing. Previously, Lisa has worked with the Association for Retail Environments (A.R.E) to create tools for member organizations as they begin their journey to a more sustainable business model. In this capacity, she authored their most recent sustainable publication, "Sustainable Retail Environments: Product Guidelines and Operational Best Practices.”
Prior to A.R.E. Lisa worked for Harley-Davidson Motor Company as regional project coordinator. In that role Lisa designed/project-managed more than 200 Harley-Davidson retail dealership facilities and developed retail environment guidelines for its Asia Pacific market—which later translated into guidelines for its North American Retail Environment Program. As the program evolved Lisa was able to develop green building guidelines specific to the Harley-Davidson dealer network. These guidelines provided dealers with sustainable design strategies that assisted in creating high-performing/energy-efficient retail facilities. Lisa is a LEED for Retail Core Committee member, has been a LEED® Accredited Professional since 2001, and part of the USGBC’s Education Provider Program since 2007.
